Firstly, save your PC with a antivirus software which you can find a good one online.
Secondly, You can try to reinstalled IE and firefox for your personal use!
Scan using Avast! FREE Home edition-http://www.avast.com/
A stitch in time saves nine 😀
Looks like your registry is corrupted beyond repair. Restart the computer and keep tapping F8 to enter Safe Mode. See if Malwarebytes & AVG are able to scan your computer from here. If successful, well and good. Else, I’m afraid you’ll have to backup your files (pics, music, everything) to an external hard drive/thumb-drive and reinstall Windows using the CD/DVD that came with the computer.
Edit: NJ NIcole.. I suggest uninstalling your Malwarebytes and downloading a fresh copy.

Now, you need a program that would clean your registry.. Try CCleaner. http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ It’s not my first choice, but its the only thing that’s free. Click on registry on the left and scan for issues. Also, while in safe mode, Start > Run > msconfig. In the General tab, choose the third option Selective Startup. Uncheck ‘Load Startup Items’ if its checked.
