download http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and run a full scan
this is a scam do not click it or attempt to install anything from them…block them using the skype program
Yeah, block the user and report abuse. Don’t click on the link. As well, download an AdAware program or spyware scanner to check you system to make sure there isn’t some spyware in there.

Yes, it is fake. Do not use it! Block whoever is sending it to you!!!
Block everything, it is a scam! The program wants to make you scared about your machine and at the end will ask you to buy its so called licensed version.Do a system scan with your own antivirus, I can bet it won’t detect anything.
