Ccleaner" is a utility program that cleans out files and system registry entries that have accumulated and are no longer needed. Such a clean-up task will ensure your computer runs efficiently and have increased hard drive space. Ccleaner will erase unused files that were associated with programs no longer on your PC. The program is available for downloading at http://www.ccleaner.com.
Like all freeware, the program is free, but a donation is appreciated and required for timely updates.
Ccleaner itself is a "clean" program, containing no spyware or adware, and it downloads quickly. As a bonus, Ccleaner can also be used to eliminate traces of online activities by deleting Internet Explorer and Firefox temporary files, URL history files and cookies (it let’s you select any cookies you do not want deleted, such as those that contain login (user and password) information for your favorite sites.
hi,
i use this application Advanced System Optimizer..it has loads of features..its features Registry Cleaner + Registry Optimizer..they can solve the above related problems effectively..!!
Works well try it !!
It is safe. Just trust what CCleaner found. I’ve been using CCleaner from its first released, until now. You can read the forum below about the 2 functions you are planning to uncheck. That should help you.

If you are not sure, just backup the results. Goto Options > Advanced. Check the "Show prompt to backup registry issues" box.
I don’t use CCleaner that much so I just use the default settings. What I use more often is Glary Utilities:
http://www.glaryutilities.com/gu.html
It has far more features than CCleaner and is also free and safe. It’s got a One-Click Maintenance feature that will do most of your requirements. It’s customizable too by using their individual modules.
i used default setting, delete whatever it supposed. you system will ok, don’t worry
