Clean Registry and Optimize PC
Speedfan is a free app that will monitor the internal temps – if it’s heat related this should help. Try Memtest86+ to check the RAM. Also, try reseating all components just to make sure nothing jiggled just loose enough to cause intermittent problems.

http://www.avast.com you can download the free version & search for its registration key & register it & then scan your computer its still a great & in my eyes the best anti virus cuz it updates its virus definitions automatically & also its real time shields protect your computer automatically,
& you can also try cleaning your ram after three months cuz some times rams get busted because they get carbon in them & this is sometimes also the cause of slow pc speed so you should probably clean your motherboard with a brush so you can remove the dust sometimes dust is also the cause of motherboard malfunctioning & you should also change your fan not monthly but yearly cuz when fans get old they don’t work well & they become hot & start to malfunction.
