   you have got several issues going on at the same time
   for a start Kaspersky is owned by microsoft and is what we call crapware.
   they are withdrawing both one care and Kaspersky
   what you are left with is of no good whatsoever.

   Try Avast you can not get a better anti virus system for free.
   it has many features you will have to pay for in other systems.

   for a fire wall try this one also free and it has no conflicts with avast.
