There are 3 step to repair 0x80070002 error

Reset Windows XP Default Security Provider
To reset the default security provider, you need to remove specific entries from the registry by performing the following steps:Start your computer in Safe Mode-turn on the PC, and press F8 during startup. Next, when the Windows Advanced Options menu is displayed, scroll down and select Safe Mode.
1. Open Start menu, select Run, type regedit and then press Enter.
