Good luck!
Parasite Invasion & System Hostage counter measures are unfortunately not a "1 Step-10 second-fix" everyone would like.
Try malwarebytes to clean up your system:

Wave after wave of money hungry advertising schemes are sweeping the entire internet.
Don’t let the battalions of external parasites into your system in the first place by taking an active defense posture to stop these guys @ your ‘doorstep’ and keep ’em out. These steps will help, but methods (vectors) constantly change.

Use this feature to block unwanted advertising re-direct:
With NS running, down on the far right corner is a blue ‘S’ with a red line through it: right click that> tick ‘forbid ——-‘ &/or mark as ‘untrusted’.
(Ticking all may reduce interactive behavior; enable just enough to get what’s necessary to view the page)

Rouge malware and server based spyware are becoming indisitnguishable & may cause multiple symptoms on your system.
This spy/adware, records your clickstream & builds a profile of you with advertising conglomerate jackals.
Requires "Opt Out" and requires EVERY browser on EVERY machine be done…

When installing ANY new application, check the EULA for ‘Toolbars’ and/or other crud they try to slip past ya’.
**Astonishing new development**
Get this: the ‘New’ Yahoo, by default, allows your "Yahoo! Contacts (or Addresses)" computers, to send to whatever 3rd party software they have on THEIR computer, information about you! Can you believe that!!?
This is something you must terminate ASAP.
Go to your Yahoo! Mail: near the "Welcome (your name)", tick the ‘Profile’ link; next page, upper right corner, tick ‘Settings’; next page, near the bottom is the box to uncheck.
And the deterioration of trust with Yahoo! grows…it’s pathetic.
Good luck.
Thus problem is caused by the presence of adware in your computer. Ad-aware and Spybot are no longer as good as it used to be. I suggest replacing them with SUPERAntispyware, it is free and will remove the adware more efficiently than Ad-aware and Spybot.
SUPERAntispyware:

You got some kind of spyware/virus on your computer. Make sure you are using the lastest versions of the products. Look in your add/remove folder and see if its listed there (sometimes they do if its "legal" spyware.) Go to the forums of one the spyware websites and ask there. Thats all I can recommend to you. Good luck!
You need to get you a good Pop-up Blocker. That keeps that from happening.
you need a pop up blocker
For the pop up, you can block it manually under the steps.
Step1
Press the Esc key one time. If this does not help, press Ctrl, Alt, and
Delete keys all at the same time. If a programs screen appears, select end task and left click your mouse one time. If another screen appears select end task and left click your mouse one more time. Hopefully your mission is accomplished with this five second procedure.
Step2
If step one worked for you, you’ll probably have to do it again each time you connect to the Internet, but only once per visit, until you go into your computer and delete this file that keeps popping up from your computer.
Step3
If the above procedure is working for you, great. However, they may return again as invisible pop ups. When you’re computer appears to be stalling for longer than normal, try the above procedure again, to see if the same program screen reappears. (Invisible pop ups are done away with in the same manner).
Step4
If the procedure mentioned above did not help, disconnect from the Internet. Press Start, then control panel, then Internet preferences.
Delete cookies and search history.
Step5
If the above attempts were not enough, delete the user name and use
another one.
Step6
If the above attempts were not enough yet, you should ran an anti-spyware software ,then clean your registry make it faster.
