   One thing you can do is (If you have a windows) hold Ctrl Alt Del and start the task manager. There may be a program that didn’t close right and it taking up you processor. Sorry but that is all I can think of at the moment. Hope it helps.

   Check your Internet speed. http://speedtest.net

   The faster the better, but you’ll need at least 1.5Mbps and preferably 5Mbps or higher for smooth video.

   If your speed is slower than the Internet package that you are paying for then I would first cycle power on your DSL modem and router.

   Unplug the power cords, first plug in the DSL modem, wait a minute or two to establish a Internet connection. Next plug in your router if you’re using one and reboot your computer.

   Run the speed test again. If it is still slow call your Internet provider and complain.
