   if your not a computer geek or has an advanced knowledge in computer, avoid using registry clean-ups… instead use anti-spamware and anti-spyware programs…. i recommend avg internet security… this is an all-in-one pack software… it has anti-virus, anti-spam, anti-spy and internet firewall….

   i have been using advanced windows care v2 personal.it can check spyware,registry,unwanted files,startup……..its free.try looking it up at download.com

   U just have the necessary protection in ur PC. If u install too many cleaners or some softwares like that, ur computer might have a chance to be corrupted.
