You can use IOBIT Advanced Systemcare to remove registry errors. They have a free one but it’s limited until you pay for it. Mostly the paid registry cleaners are the one that optimize your registry for effective performance.
There are some free registry cleaners online but most repeat itself saying you have 100 registry errors, then cleaned, and it says the same registry errors again.

Spyware, Malware, and Viral scanners are online such as Malwarebytes anti-malware and a few other cleaners. But some cleaners as I said are only effective if you pay for it.
hi,
i offense use the ccleaner to remove the histories and many unwanted files.
my personal oppinon i would not trust any microsoft utilitys such as live care. i would use a regestry cleaner. search on google.co.uk
One care live is being phased out. It was never worth the money anyway.
Use Cleaner(free) or Comodo Cleaner(free) Remove all items found(completely safe)
Yeah, it is being phased out, now it’s Microsoft Security Essential. I haven’t use registry cleaners in over a year now and if I have malware infections and malicious registry keys are found by using an anti-malware program, I remove it. If I have trouble installing a security program like Kaspersky, that is normally because of the registry residue left over from a previous anti-virus program, again I use a cleanup utility tool or manual editing. Otherwise I leave my registry alone. Ignore the claims of preventing crashing, freezing, making your computer faster and so on, they are claims made up from registry cleaning companies.
By the way, sorry, I have no idea that Alex is associated with Microsoft, unlikely though.
