Not very professional.
I use ErrorFix, it can remove effects caused by a malware.

It safely cleans errors & invalid entries that cause system slowdowns, freezing and crashing. Registry Easy™ repairs registry problems.
No CCleaner cleans out unwanted and unneeded files created each time you use your computer. It also does affect malware.
For a Registry Cleaner use this free one:

Once you download and install it, run it and ignore the first window asking for support by selecting Skip. Then go to the upper left and select Scan Registry Issue and let it run through your registry finding all invalid entire. Once it is finished select Repair Registry Issue. Then close the program. Do this at least once a week or more often if you like.
I would also use Advanced System Care at the same frequency as above:

Its use is simple and self-explanatory.
CCleaner removes corrupted registry values and unnecessary files quite effectively, but won’t help you to remove malware from your PC. You may use Spyware Doctor or MalwareBytes anti-malware to remove malware related issues.
Perfect for cleaning the registry, removing broken/obsolete keys but no good for malware.
Try using these two…

HiJackThis is not for beginners, it’s a very powerful, therefore dangerous, tool. If you don’t have expert help with it, leave it alone!
I’ve used it, and I can say yes it is.
CCleaner is a very good program to use that’s also free. CCleaner won’t remoave any malware though. Malware may be able to write data on your registry which will cause problems for you. There are plenty of free anti-malware programs out on the internet for you to look into.
It doesn’t really remove or disable malware. The registry keys can be used to alter the OS regular operations as well and "hide" certain information.
The registry is something where if messed with without knowledge, you can make your computer unusable. For things like Malware or the like, I would recommend using programs like Malware-Bytes and HijackThis.
