I have Easy Cleaner 2.0 on my Windows XP PC. Upon running the Registry cleaner, it came up with 220 invalid entries. Is it safe to delete these? Should I somehow backup my system before I delete them?

In my opinion, if you are not sure you should take registry backup before deleting those invalid entries.
If you want to fix computer problems or repair windows registry, I would strongly recommend to give RegBooster a try.
The plus points of the software are:
– easy to use.
– quick scanning to find errors & repairing them.
– ignore list(does not find/count that entry as an error on next search)
– registry defragmentation
– registry backup
– manage startup
– excellent look & feel.
You can download it from:

I’ve tried all of those registry cleaners and none of them are 100% accurate. always back up your system.
More than 8 years i have been deleting invalid registry entries and nothing has gone wrong.
I suggest you use WinAso Registry optimizer.
