Thats pretty much it i guess. I mean , also what are some good trusted pc cleaners that are either freeware or inexpensive. A registry cleaner. Antivirus. whatever you got thats good freeware.

Yes, it’s safe to delete these files. As for a cleaner, I personally recommend TuneUp Utilities 2009, but don’t buy it quite yet as TUU2010 is coming out quite soon. You should be able to use the 2009 trial long enough to hold you over.
Yes you can delete it safely as long as you don’t want a computer expert to diagnose your computer for errors and stuff.
