That’s pretty secure! Perhaps over-kill, but good.
You also need to keep all your programs updated, not just Windows. (Who can remember to update flash or Java?) Secunia makes a great program that will scan the programs on your computer & tell you exactly which programs need to be updated. And it will give you the necessary links to the updates. It’s free at:

A secure machine consists of ONE relatively good antivirus. Thats it.
putting two antiviruses will make them fight to delete an infected file and result in errors (corrupt data, read INSECURE).
Here’s my advice on thoses programs:
Malware Protection, Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (useless, Norton does that)
Ad-Aware Protection ,Ad-Aware (redundant, Norton does that)
IP protection, PeerGuardian (useless)
Firewall Anti Virus pc and internet Protection, Norton 360 all in one, (keep it, thats the antivirus)
Hardware Firewall, Linksys Router Sisco Systems, (can’t really remove that…)
Junk file cleaner, Advanced System care professional (junk)
Spy ware protection, Super Anti Spyware Professional. (Norton does that)
Registry Cleaner fixer. Free Windows Registry Repair (useless)
If it doesnt die from all the crap you put on it then maybe
It seems relatively locked up and secured from software/outside invaders. Keep in mind that the sites you visit and other software you run (or anyone with access to your machine) may undermine any software/devices you have in place. One more software item that is important for Windows is the liberal scheduling of Automatic Updates to keep your computer patched and up to date.
Also, I am not too sure what you mean by "secure" exactly. Yes, you seem pretty protected from malware, viruses, etc. Be sure to keep physical security of the device in mind also (especially if it is a laptop or in a highly trafficked area). And please do not forget the security of sensitive files (bank statements, tax documents, etc.). Without going down the long road of what to encrypt, what not to, why, and what to use I am going to simply suggest downloading a program called TrueCrypt. It is a free lightweight open source encryption program that is available on many different platforms. Creating and storing your files in a secure encrypted volume is extremely easy and only takes a few minutes. Should the day come your device is missing you may thank yourself for this extra step.
