WinFixer and its scam advertising and the other malware (Amaena popups) that is bundled with it, is usually caused by the Trojan Vundo, also known as Virtumonde.
Most "all-purpose" anti-malware products such as AVG, Norton, Spybot S & D, etc. cannot remove or even detect Vundo, as it you may have found out.
VundoFix.exe has become the standard removal tool for Vundo / Virtumondo.
VundoFix.exe is a free removal tool developed to remove Virtumonde infections. To use the tool follow the instrctions on the web-site:

Hope this helps, it does help in a lot of cases.
Good luck.
B) Run SUPERAntiSpyware Home Edition (free version)

SUPERAntiSpyware (free) is a very good program. It does not remove everthing, nothing does.

You should tell us what each pop up exactly says and what site and what product it tries to sell you to allow us to determine the correct removal tool.
To remove almost all problems follow the procedure below. Sorry that the procedure is so long, no one program does everthing and your computer sonds like it has several infections.
If you follow all the following steps it should get rid of most or all of your problems and prevent future problems. All programs listed are free.

Note if a scan detects a problem but is unable to remove, start the computer in safe mode with the internet line disconnected and run a full scan.
In severe cases your system restore files will also be infected. In these cases you will need to turn off system restore to prevent malware hiding in the system restore files and reinfecting the computer during removal or during a future system restore. Turning off system restore deletes the system restore files.
Right click on "my computer"> Properties > System Restore Tab > Check box turn off system restore
After the malware is removed turn on system restore.

Superantispyware works good and no, its not fake
ErrorSafe, which is a WinFixer clone, may be installed without permission. ErrorSafe may give exaggerated warnings of threats on the computer which tricks the user into purchasing a registered full version of the software in order to remove the reported threats.
Toolbar888 is a malicious spyware program. Toolbar888 installs itself silently on your PC, possibly as part of a wider malware infestation. This program will install an Internet Explorer toolbar, and will deliver enormous numbers of popup adverts. Toolbar888 creates a huge security hole in your PC, and transmits the keywords that you search for to a 3rd party server. Toolbar888 is also known as FreeProdTB.
Yoou can also use this to remove winfixer, free.
Spybot – Search & Destroy detects and removes spyware, a relatively new kind of threat not yet covered by common anti-virus applications. Spyware silently tracks your surfing behaviour to create a marketing profile for you that is transmitted without your knowledge to the compilers and sold to advertising companies. If you see new toolbars in your Internet Explorer that you haven’t intentionally installed, if your browser crashes inexplicably, or if your home page has been "hijacked" (or changed without your knowledge), your computer is most probably infected with spyware. Even if you don’t see the symptoms, your computer may be infected, because more and more spyware is emerging. Spybot-S&D is free.
