If you're interested in only cleaning your registry, use Registry Mechanic. That's what I use. You can get it at http://www.pctools.com. It's not free, but it's worth it.
Yes it is called EZPATROL and you can even scan your computer everyday for pests and quarantine them!
RegScrubXP works great for me. Just let it scan with the default settings, hit the select all button and fix all button and you're done.
