   As of the moment there is no Microsoft registry cleaner. But there are a lot of 3rd party producers of registry cleaners very compatible with different OS of Microsoft.

   You can use CCleaner to clean your registry. As for registry fixer made by microsoft, I’m not sure if that exists. I’m using windows 7 and have Windows 7 Manager installed. It’s great. For vista you can use Vista Manager
