Clean Registry and Optimize PC
Free registry cleaners only do clean up. They can’t fix registry structure or defragment it.
A full-featured registry maintenance tool will do clean up, structure maintenance and registry defragging, but you’re pretty much going to have to pay for such a tool. The free ones only do a part of all that can be done to optimize your registry.

CCleaner is definitely the popular choice; it’s fast simple and free. But I’ve found that AML’s free registry cleaner

So try them both, and see which you like better.
