You can use "CCleaner" for free, but this is typically seen as ineffective by many people. You can get it from Google.
I like regseeker. Check cnet.com for reviews of software, and once you’ve found what you like, you can download directly from there.

Your registry controls everything about your computer. If you download a program to take control of the registry, you have no idea if it’s legit and if the changes are helpful.
The best registry repair tool is your Windows XP disc. Boot from it on startup, and select repair. It will automatically repair registry errors as well as any boot.ini errors.
Personally I would not give control of my computer to some random product on the internet.
