   The best defragmenter for Windows is Diskeeper 2009. It’s fully automatic, and has powerful features such as system files defrag (incl boot-time), parallel defrag for multiple drives, low space defrag, file sequencing and optimization for faster access etc.
   http://www.diskeeper.com has free trial versions.

   You don’t need to clean the registry; there is no benefit from it, only the risk of rendering windows unstable.

   It will clean up your junk files, scan and repair invalid registry entries, delete history records, remove duplicate files and invalid shortcuts, block viruses and spyware.

   It could also defrag your HDD.

   use ccleaner temp files cookies and junk it also has registry cleaner and for defrag get defraggler at filehippo.com -both are free and work great

   I agree….use Advanced SystemCare Professional. I think that the current version is 3.1.

   Takes up very little of your PCs resources so you don’t even know when it’s running and it waits until your PC is idle before initiating a clean up, defrag, and registry fix.

   Download the free version and take it for a spin.

   Yes, a sledgehammer and a kiln. Totally eliminates data messes. The sledge frags the security risk your hard drive poses to you if you think they will actually recycle it safely and the kiln defrags it all back into one solid mass.

   Start >> All Programs >> Accessories >> System Tools >> Disc Cleanup

   Look at that, you dont need to buy anything, it comes on Windows already. There’s also a defragger.

   It also has a smart defrag and a smart ram.. I use this myself.
