   CCleaner is free, http://www.ccleaner.com/

   You might need one from time to time. Installing and uninstalling programs, especially games and some of the stuff they come with, can fill up the registry with obsolete items and when you start your computer, it will take extra time to load these useless entries. And some spyware and even applications put stuff in the registry that you will need to get rid of…
