Other than as already said typing ‘msconfig’ into Start->Run and stopping services like malware and stuff starting when your computer is first turned on, there are three programs you could try.
Free AVG to remove the viruses and malware,
RamRush to speed up your computer by organising the use of RAM better,
and Auslogics Disk and Registry Scanner (Boostspeed as a single program) to defragment your disk and your registry (which usually can’t be cleaned/defragged).
PUT IT IN YOUR CAR AND DRIVE 500 MPH
reginout
One way to speed up your system is to select a good PC optimizer and System cleaner such as reginout from Intel Software Directory http://ibx.intel.com/directory/Default.aspx
you can try defragmentation. it might take a while but it can help. and its also good for you computer.
go to computer/my computer (depends on your OS)
rightclick your hard drive, usually C: and click properties.
go to tools tab and click "Defragment now".
it may take all night, depends on the how much space is used.
anyway try to delete malwares every day. taking care of your computer is good for you.
Try downloading Defraggler and Defragment your Hard Disk. You could also try scanning for Registry Errors with CCleaner.
And, finally, if you don’t mind starting over, you can format your Hard Disk.
Do not use MSCONFIG. Run CCleaner. With CCleaner open click on Tools and then Startup. Disable evberything in there except Windows Defender and Anti Virus if you use one. (I don’t) Also clean you Resgistry with Comodo System cleaner. Then run a Good defrag program.

Malwarebytes, combofix, and smirtfraudfix. Trust me, you’ll see results.
If you really want to clean your pc just format hard disk.
Well, first to get rid of the adware, malware, viruses and such I would recommend Malwarebytes (free from download.com). After downloading and installing do an update of the program and then run a full system scan. It will pick up on things your anti-virus may miss.
Then, CCleaner (also free from download.com). It will help you get rid of junk files and clutter that is no longer needed (temp stuff).
To get an idea of what’s making your computer slow you can go to pcpitstop.com and run their Overdrive test. It will analyze your computer and give you an idea of what the problem is. And if you feel like spending out the cash you could get their program to fix it…but you don’t have too.
I don’t know of any one program that can do all of that, but it may be out there and somebody may tell us about it here.
Besides those downloads do regular defragmentation of your hard drives. You can use the one in Windows or if you like download the one from Ausologics (free and very good.)
One other option is a registry cleaner. Two excellent free ones are from Eusing and Auslogics. I personally would avoiding any program that defrags the registry.
Sorry, no can do… There are at least 2 programs you’d need to run
* Malwarebytes: Catches almost all malware (But no autorun)
* CCleaner (The first C stands for crap so there you have it)
* msconfig: In run, in the start menu (Missing? Go to start menu properties) Disable everything under the startup tab that you don’t want to actually startup on startup…
