   It’s a malware scam Run Anti virus and anti spyware. Malwarebytes and super anti spy ware are my favourites.

   It’s might be a virus. Run Malwarebytes, and your Anti-Virus to scan for threats. If you have a virus, I’d suggest you re-install windows if you’re unable to remove the virus.
