   It is not inherently bad, but it is definitely wasteful. Running once a day, preferably some time after you’re done using the machine, is more than sufficient. To do it so frequently will simply not make a difference.

   No,this should just get all the viruses out or make it faster by cleaning it from viruses and using cleaner while on the computer can make it slower when using

   No it is not bad but having to may be. Do you really need to? How mcuh could be in the cache and if it is the internet cache then you can do that directly.
   It is okay though. Just not necessary more than once a day or even week.

   Cache actually helps your computer perform faster. It is likely not helpful to clean up behind yourself all the time. You won’t break anything on your computer, but you are likely not seeing any beneficial results from doing what you are doing.

   NO, but, once a week should be just fine.

   Nope, won’t hurt you at all. Though yeah it’s unnecessary, once weekly is more necessary.

   Admittedly, I generally use it several times a day as well, simply out of perfectionism 🙂
