Soulseek. Thank you for making it so easy to find the problem. P2P programs that do not offer to give you the source code are suspect always. There is a reason that these programs run there servers in some other country. They are not legal. Use at your own risk, if you do use them do not expect any help.
its possible for some reason either your hard drive gave out really early or somehow your operating system crashed. I would make sure to have a good ani viruse program. If it happens again, look at the hard drive and make sure it is still fully coneected.
Maybe hardware problem, call the support.
the reason it may had a black screen is because it’s a newer verison of acer and might need to repair it but sending it back to the company and they can repair it for you and if they can’t fix it they will send you a new one that won’t cost you anything. Notice: Don’t install window vista because they are have problems with the program and they are trying to get all the bugs out because i have a acer too and when i brought it and turned it on it didn’t do it to me and it a acer aspire 5100.
