   Yes, you can use this cleaner on your computer. It is alcohol free and designed so that it doesn’t tear up the thin covering outside of the lcd monitor.

   You can, but it would be a waste. Save that for the screen.

   Use just normal window cleaner and paper towels to clean the outside of your computer.

   It should be fine, NB stands for netbook. IE Most netbooks have a glass/plastic sheet over the actual LCD screen, which provides a smooth surface, different texture.
