the graphics card needs update.
Download latest gfx card drivers then it should be fine.
It is a driver display error, try upgrading it.
Restart the hole thing
Since you’ve replaced the power supply, checked out the graphic card and other parts and also updated the software drivers, what remains is to take a look at the fan that’s cooling your CPU. I had a similar situation where improper case cooling caused a domino effect of problems with my HP PC.
As far as the issue with your monitor going black is concerned, you might want to check the backlight bulb for this. If you notice any dimming, flickering or slight discoloration in your screen (aside from the random blacking out) then testing or replacing the backlight bulb might be in order.
This is specially important if your monitor is a couple years old.
