Clean your Registry can make your computer faster
Is your computer slower than ever? Does it feel like your computer just can’t open up programs? In this how to, it will teach you ways to make your computer faster.
The one way you can really boost your PC performance is by buying more ram to install in your computer. If you can go to a store and ask them to install more ram, that will help the computer run faster than before.
Step2
Scan your computer for viruses and spyware. Make sure and get rid of any nasty viruses or spyware that are located in your computer.
Step3
Get rid of unnecessary start up programs. The start up programs will load on your PC automatically and slow down your system. Click run and type in msconfig. Click on startup items and uncheck any useless start up programs.
Or use the tool to manage your startup:
Step4
Run disk de-fragment and disk clean up. Both programs will be found in your accessory folder and both clean up the system.
Step5
Clean your Registry
Clean registry make pc faster.

If your PC is running slow and you want to make it faster, I recommend you to check your pc heath online first, then you can know why it is slow
and fix easily,.

Your computer might be fragmented, this can cause your computer to become slow overtime. If you were to defrag your computer hard drive chances are it would run as fast as when you first bought it.
I suggest you defrag your computer, here is a tutorial that will explain how (With screenshots!)
http://www.how2defrag.com/how-to-defrag-hard-drive.html
Code 5 was caused by the following things:
You may run the registry file cleaner twice.
You may install it again when it is running.
For Vista, Click Start–>Settings–>ControlPanel–>User Account–>Open or Close "User Account Control" and then disable the "Use UAC to help protect your computer"
Try the solutions above to solve your problem. I think you can try RegistryMum to defragment the registry, it can free up space in the registry.
If your computer has slowed down, then your computer has become bloated. Defragment your harddrive, stop running so many programs on startup (start ( -> run if on XP) -> msconfig.exe, check startup and services tab). Ccleaner (google it) is a good, free application that will do a bunch of good stuff including clean the registry (which also could help a little bit).
As to why that one isn’t working properly…you need to give more information, like what exact program it is.
Its your cpu, or ram. Get a dual core processor, or more ram for your computer.
Sounds to me like it’s something more wrong than just the registry.
I would recommend you first try using a reputable registry tool from http://www.fastregistryfixes.com/best_registry_cleaner_tools.html
One of those should work, and if they don’t, it means that there’s either something wrong with the software of your PC or the hardware. After you have installed a registry cleaner and tested it, you might want to repair your system which should replace any of the damaged or corrupted settings that are causing your PC to run so sporadically.
