   have you tried system restore ? if not you can do it before reinstalling windows OS again..
   virus will always attack windows user.. due to large number of users.. anti virus vendor usually send this virus to windows OS.. this is how they make money.
   sending virus then selling anti virus.. if you notice or just ask your bright mind.. how come anti virus vendors always have ready software to correct virus.. free anti virus will not really remove virus on computers.. it will only hide the virus and allow you to use computer just to give credits on anti virus product quality..so next time you will buy..
   i never use anti virus on my xp laptop and never i had virus.. any misbehaviour. i just do system restore and disc cleanup, delete all files except the latest restore point made.
   without virus.. no anti virus vendor/company will survive=no business..
   VERY SIMPLE !
   and if you insist on using windows.. learn to live with virus.. don’t complain or ask help to resolve..
   get linux if don’t like virus on you computer..

   Google the error message or the virus name if you know it. If its a Trojan or Trojan horse dowloader you will probably need to reinstall windows.

   You could try looking up what virus you have and seeing if anybody else had the same problem and managed to fix it. If that doesnt work, you could save the vital information and reinstall windows.

   By Forcefully removing you may of deleted one of your critical files e.g. Windows System 32
   These files are like the supports of a tower.
   Without the supports the tower will fall.
   Sorry mate, i think it’s too late.

   I’d backup your vital media files and reinstall windows. It’s the only way to wipe it out for sure.
