Is it an older PC? Have you been able to use these sites before without any problems? Do other sites/downloads seem to work fine? Have you been having problems with your Internet provider?
Those sites tend to have a lot of things that need to be loaded (advertisements etc) each time you view them. Do the pages seem to work okay after everything is loaded?
