   Try to uninstall some unnesesssary programs from your computer. Also run a registry cleaner to see if you have any registry problems.

   Remove unnecessary programs and use only 1 antivirus. Only open programs one at a time and uninstall unwanted programs. Delete some icons too or sort them into folders.
