ok gal here’s ur problem….
ur virus has "borken ur system down"…u need to clear it off
First, try opening it in safe mode (press F8 when booting)…and make a backup and try scanning ur system with a really good antivirus (I use bitdefender…works fine) IF IT DOES NOT WORK..
Then borrow a copy of the windows form a friend or download one using utorrent in ur safe mode….will take 2-3 hrs (depends on ur connection…its like 1.3 – 1.4 gigs)
If u downloaded the copy of windows u need to burn it on a DVD and then wola! reinstall the system…if you have like really important data and cant back it up, then use the DVD u just burned to repair the system….good luck
Hello,
you could format – but if i have to explain it – forget it…
ONLY Answer is Contact a Tech !
Please do this…it’s the only way to 100% they are all gone
You may be able to restore to the factory settings – losing all of your data in the process. If you’re okay with that, check out the user manual (pg. 76 in the link below) to start up the Acer eRecovery Management. Assuming you haven’t made backups, your only choice will be to restore to the factory default.
Good luck. If you can afford it, you’d be better off taking this to a computer repair facility. They do this type of repair all the time.
