You are getting a red light and huge warning that the site is malicious but you want to go forward anyway?
if its saying that then that site is problebly infected or a scam you should not go it
It’s not being blocked, google is merely warning you that the site has a very poor rating and that to access the site would be a VERY bad idea.
To access it you just press continue/go to site.
