   kernel is what starts your operation system before you even boot up my advice is to reload windows and that should fix it.

   That should fix the kernel error but as for the clicking i have heard of hard drives going out and making a clicking noise which could explain why you have a kernel error i would run a check disk scan and see if your hard drive comes out ok or not also.
