Your system may be congested. Clean it with reginout to make it lean & quick and reduce lag.
You can try any of the following.
1. Try defraging your hard drive.
2. Uninstall programs you don’t need/use.
3. Disable not required or non important startup programs. (Make sure you know beforehand what is important and what isn’t before disabling any of them. If you don’t know what a certain program does, google it to make sure it is an important program.)
– Run>msconfig
– Click startup tab
– Uncheck the non required or non important programs and restart.
– Or use CCleaner and use the tool provided there to do the same.
4. Add more ram.
5. If all else fails, reformat or get a new computer.
‘I’m on a Dell Latitude D620, 200 GHz, 2.0 GB RAM. "
Delete any unwanted/ unneeded programs and shortcuts. Also make sure your computer is in its factory settings, sometimes if you edit it, it will cause some lag.
