   Your first mistake was using Combo Fix. Your best bet is to re-install. You’ll waste days trying to figure this out.

   That’s the problem when you skip some steps in removing malware and head straight to using Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware. MBAM is just one part of the solution. That particular infection sets the attribute of your shortcuts, files and folders and everything to hidden. You will need to change their attributes.
