It says it will remove unneccesary, files, registry entries and internet clutter from my system to free up disk space.
Will this take away all of my folders and pictures and stories and poems I’ve written and stuff that I have on my desktop? Is this a good thing to do or is almost like rebooting a computer?! HELP!

you can delete all things from your temporary folder all that are unnuccessary files delete it. You can open the temp folder by start, run, write %temp% like this
It does exactly what it says.
It doe not remove content you have created or saved (as long as you don’t save stuff permanently to your Temp folder).
It is good to do because it can open up hard drive space that is being used by cookies, internet temporary files, recycle bin, etc.
The best way to run it, is by right mouse clicking on the C drive and clicking on Properties and Disk clean up.
If there is any folder or file that you "don’t" want it to remove you just uncheck that item.
If you are that worried about loosing data by the way, may I suggest backing it up so that if you ever have a virus or windows has to be re-installed you will not loose that data.
no it will not remove folders and pictures

no it should not get rid of them as long as they are not in and temp files. it would be good to do the check and usally at the end it will tell you what it is gonna get rid of before it does it so your files should be fine
