Hi.just try to do defragementation first and also check the system file checker to restore the o.s. files.If it happens,that’s good,otherwise it could be the virus problem,Scan and remove that.
first do a scan disk,
then do a disk defragment, then do the disk cleanup.
Try to delete it manually ALL TEMP. FILES, TEMP. INTERNET FILES, RECENT DOCUMENT, and RECYCLE BIN and then defrag your hardisk and do the DISK Clean up. I hope it helps!
