   Do you mean your computer is frozen, or that there’s a message on the screen saying your computer is locked?

   If a message says it’s locked, you’ll need to enter the account password to get back on.

   Whatever else is occurring, I’d probably first try shutting down and restarting unless there’s more information.

   Do you mean that you even cann’t create an icon on desktop?

   Maybe you should open regedit in your system, and find

   HKEY_USERS\Software\Microsoft\
   Windows\CurentVersion\
   Polioies\Explores

   Change the value of item No Save Setting to 0 or 1

   By the way, use this tool to prevent registry being changed by unknown reasons.
