First, cleanup takes a long time, especially if
you dont run it frequently. Simply give it more time. However if it still does not work and you have Windows 2000 or XP run chkdsk first. To do this, type "CMD" without the quotes in the run box. When the black box comes up, type "chkdsk /f" again without the quotes. It will then say something to the effect that it cant run this while it is running do you want to run it at next boot, where you type in a "y" and depress the enter key after typing every command. This utility works fairly well.
Do one thing you can install the setup and reinstall it and then also you have the same problem then you can clean the registry and then install the setup. if still you have the same error then install one software for disk clean up which is freeware "Cleanup!" this is very cool software clear every thing for free………
