   Also make sure you have enough cpu speed, and ram. Okay, sounds silly cause I’m sure your cpu is at least 500MHz, and your ram 256MB’s,(at least 512MB’s, in my book), had to say it. I go to BIOS Setup Utility, and put the cdrom as the First Boot Option. Then I change it, once the OS is loaded. Windows never fails to load.

   if that doesnt work restart your computer
   the computer logo will come up after that
   it says shift F10 around the top wait for it
   to pass and it says recovery in [3] [2] and press F11

   It depends on what you’re doing in setup. If you’re trying to do a clean install without reformatting the disk first within setup, it won’t work.
