   lol vista doesnt come with a cd anymore!!!
   Using vista go into system recovery you can reboot the whole system from there, without any disc!!!

   The only time i got the disc is when the whole hard drive failed and had to have them send the disc to me after being fixed!!!

   Try starting in safe mode and running a scan there. The scan should complete, and hopefully, will remove the problem too.

   To enter Safe Mode, continuously press F8 as your computer boots up and you’ll be given the option.
