Spyware or viruses could be an issue. Since you’ve already scanned, that’s probably not your problem………Well, is your computer getting older? It depends how long you have had it. Another thing, no program can fix hardware. I would suggest to go to the earliest restore point which will probably take you to when you first started your computer. This should resolve your problems, however all your software will be erased. Another option is to reformat. If your hardware in general is old, its time to ditch your computer and get a new one.
Good Luck
hey man if you got a dell their support works really well. my computer crashed, i called em up and some guy in the phillapines walked me right through going to dellsupport.com and downloading drivers to a jump drive installing them to my laptop and he took over my computer and fixed via the web, it was kinda trippy to see him moving the mouse around on my screen when i just watched, hope it helps
Try a System Restore.
Just type "system restore" in the search box on Yahoo! Answers.
try system restore..

Click start, all programmes, accessories, system tools, system restore.
This programme allows you to restore your PC back to a day where your PC was running fine. Just select ‘Restore your computer to an earlier time’, then select a date where your PC was running fine. Then, your PC should reboot, and be restored to it’s exact state that it was back on the date that you selected. Also, if you made new files and folders, they will still be there after the restore, so you dont lose any important files or folders. Try it out!
