What you should do is recover it or go in safe mode and check the problem there.Norton antivirus if you have it is not a good antivirus software program. it slows down you’re system I would go with windows security and panda software or anyhing else that is better than that
The virus disabled anything thats why ur computer doesnt work as should be install kaspersky 6 from here http://www.kaspersky.com/productupdates?chapter=186435857&downlink=206908850 and add me to give u something tp use it, the other way is to install again the original os.
Your problem is that you have two antivirus software. This will cause serious conflict with your system. You can only run one antivirus program. Remove the one you don’t care for.
You can only have one firewall, remove Microsoft firewall if you are using, I mean turn it off. This also causes conflict.
Then when you have removed one of each, then run your antivirus to make sure you are 100% clean.
