   you need a rootkit finder ccleaner doesn’t work to remove the trace of any software downloads. but you can use registry booster. these registry booseter or ccleaner only detect the missing links or registry to delete they can not find for any registry that have been made to be system resident even after uninstallation of any software. use the link to get one rootkit finder or you can manually do it by searching the registry(by regedit)for the name of software and also delete the hiden files and folder with that name.
