save what you want to save on a usb or more depending on what you want to save and format that thing, call the company and they can send you a system restore disk that reinstalls windows and completely wipes the computers HD, theres also an option for backing up the files but id suggest you save only what you want like i previously stated, once done, this makes your pc just the way you had it when you first purchased it and it should be just fine, worked for me

Also, grab a copy of CCleaner and Malwarebytes while you’re on their site, then get DBAN (Darik’s Boot and Nuke) to wipe your drive.
