after you take care of the virus do youself a favor and STOP using norton. try avg free.. its alot better
man ! first you came down ! perhaps this is a new virus in the Web! the Symantec.com don’t know before you! be care !
The second you can come to the http://www.9down.com find some tools about the Trojan ex: Trojan remove ! down load and update it before scan your Pc! That’s ok!

The following instructions pertain to all current and recent Symantec antivirus products, including the Symantec AntiVirus and Norton AntiVirus product lines.
Disable System Restore (Windows Me/XP).
Update the virus definitions.
Run a full system scan.
Delete any values added to the registry.
