I can not get ride of rootkit pop up ,I know it is sort of virus or spyware
but According to Norton ,and Microsoft I have to scan , It will not let my Norton to scan, also tried some of those Malware or Registry cleaning programs either they do not work or they are not effective ,any IDEA ??please help

Every website I went to FindARegisrtyCleaner.com, Frostapps.com, Downloadmaster.com, and many more all require purchase before regisrties are cleaned from computer. Therefore how can they advertise as free?

My computer isn’t running correctly. My floppy drive isn’t working, my installdriver isn’t working, I cannot install stuff because of the installdriver. I cannot get rid of items in my add/delete programs function. It just wont delete them. Is there anything I can do to help my computer such as a clean up tool (not defrag or disk cleanup) that I can either buy or download that will fix these windows problems?

ok somebody gave me this website about repairng windows xp pro sp2, i have the cd, and i have windowsxp po sp2 on my computer, recently i have been facing some problems, and i want to rpair my computer without losing and data, or anyof my software or programs, can you tell me by looking at the website and the information will i be able to repair without losing and data, because on the last screenshot(pic) they show that there is nothing on the desktop, so that means am i going to lose information or ny softwares.
