   Usually, it’s because you have too many programs running at the same time. It would help to close some of the ones you don’t necessarily need to use. For example, if you’re running Word, Excel, antivirus, and internet explorer, but you’re not browsing the Web, it’d be best if you shut off ie. Or right-click some of the programs listed on the lower right corner (notification area) and choose Disable and those programs will be inactive unless you turn them off.

   As for hardware, you might wanna run the latest drives and reinstall them. If that doesn’t work, uninstall them and restart in safe mode or last known good configuration. Then, reinstall again.

   If all else fails. it’s more than likely a conflict with the installed hardware.
