   This happens because Yahoo did not come preinstalled on your computer. Everytime you do a clean install or a restore to factory settings on your computer, any program, driver, device, etc., that did not come pre-packaged with your pc will need to be reloaded. It has nothing to do with the settings in your yahoo membership.

   I suggest before you do a clean install of your pc or if you’re not sure when you’ll be needing to do a clean install, periodically save your All Yahoo Group and its contents to a cd or disk. That way you won’t lose too much information and you won’t need to deal with the corrupt program anymore.
